About the Event

Aldo Leopold is known as the father of Wildlife Management. He was influential in developing modern environmental ethics and the movement for wilderness conservation. Named in his honor, Leopold's Preserve was inspired by his ideas about coexistence between humans and nature.

Aldo Leopold was born on January 11, 1887. Join us at the Mountain House on January 11, 2024 to celebrate his 137th birthday!
